Support to EU Grantees from the Eastern Partnership Countries

The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) is a unique multi-layered regional civil society platform aimed at promoting European integration, facilitating reforms and democratic transformations in the six Eastern Partnership countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Serving as the civil society and people-to-people dimension of the Eastern Partnership, the EaP CSF strives to strengthen civil society in the region, boost pluralism in public discourse and policy making by promoting participatory democracy and fundamental freedoms. EaP CSF is a non-profit, non-government, non-partisan civil society organization.

If your civil society organisation is implementing an EU project in one or in several of the Eastern Partnership countries (️Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine), we are now able to support you with a variety of webinars (up to 12), as well as a helpdesk where you can ask any burning questions you might have!

The aim is to provide you with targeted support on specific issues you may be facing while implementing your projects. Given the different level of expertise and capacity, our Project will organise consultations with some bilateral grantees in early November to identify your specific needs for the upcoming webinars.

Our webinars are likely to cover issues such as:

  • Better reporting for the EU;
  • Financial / contractual aspects in EU grant management;
  • Media relations and public outreach;
  • Using online and new media technologies for organizational management and communication;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of public policies;
  • Participation in legislative processes;
  • Communication and negotiations, particularly in the context of advocacy and fundraising;
  • International funding opportunities for CSOs.

All webinars will be held in English!

We aim to organise around 12 webinars for civil society organisations  until November 2020, so please keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for opportunities!

In addition, our helpdesk can provide advice / support to grantees on issues such EU visibility and better public outreach, EU reporting, best practices in EU grant management, financial support to third parties / sub-granting (measuring impact, calls for sub-grantees, monitoring sub-grantees, etc.), making better use of digital tools for organizational management and communication, participation in policy-making processes, better advocacy and campaigning, better fundraising, other international funding opportunities available for CSOs, etc. If you want to start using the helpdesk, please send your inquiries in English to:
